Problems with UK politics

This is by no means an exhaustive list; it's just some of the bigger things I'm noting, while I try and see what workable solutions are accessible
- FPTP is a shitfire
- Not enough devolution (that applies within England as much as it does the other 3 nations)
- The PM is the ultimate arbiter of the Ministerial Code
- Lying in Parliament is fine so long as you can create enough FUD around whether you knew it was a lie
- You can't call a liar a liar in Parliament
- Only the PM's party can really get rid of a PM - the general public has no recourse to recall
- The 2nd chamber is unelected
- The 2nd chamber is bloated to the point only the CCP has it beat
- The 2nd chamber has been almost been negated as the Commons can essentially force through any legislation they want
- There are no required qualifications to become a politician
- No term limits
- No upper age limits
- Russian money
- Lots of Russian money
- No recourse to punitive action after corruption scandals besides MP's losing their jobs
